Raeann Lynn Jarvis passed from this life on April 21, 2023, at the age of 21 in Cleveland, Oklahoma.


Raeann was born on July 15, 2001, in Tulsa, Oklahoma the daughter of Valerie Renee Jarvis and Donald "Skip" Crank III. Raeann grew up and attended school in Mannford later transferring to Cleveland where she graduated with the Class of 2020. Raeann worked several odd jobs following high school until she found her calling after joining the Pawnee County Sheriff's Office. In addition to becoming a deputy sheriff she was also a reserve police officer for the Oilton Police Department as well as a full member of the North 48 Fire Department for several years.


Raeann enjoyed playing corn hole, being at the lake, deer hunting, fishing and roping. She also liked to line dance as well as playing with her niece and nephew. Raeann loved the time spent with Roselynn and Awstyn teaching them how to do the hokey pokey. She always looked forward to the times seeing them and getting all the hugs and kisses. Going to the Pawhuska Cavalcade was always memorable times and going to Indiana for family Christmas. Being the center of attention and making everyone laugh was Raeann in a nutshell. Raeann is described as a wild, lively, rambunctious, stubborn person who was very compassionate and amazingly funny.


Survivors are her mother Valerie Jarvis of Sand Springs, Oklahoma, father Donald "Skip" Crank III of Houston, Texas; three brothers Cody Crank and his girlfriend Mary Landolt of Terlton, Oklahoma, Austin Crank and his wife Shiane of Skiatook, Oklahoma, Dusty Crank of Houston, Texas; one sister Sabrina Edwards and her husband US Army Specialist James of Clarksville, Kentucky; maternal grandparents Ed and Patty Jarvis of Terlton, Oklahoma; paternal grandmother Karen Crank of Mannford, Oklahoma; nieces Roselynn, Paisley, Braylee, nephews Awstyn, Lane; uncles Ray Jarvis, Michael Crank, Jason Crank, one aunt Jennifer O'Neal as well as 13 cousins and numerous friends. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather Donald Crank, II.


Memorial services were held on 11:00 am, Wednesday, April 26, 2023, at the Oak Hill Church with Bubba Fox officiating. Chapman-Black Funeral Home will be handling the arrangements. Friends and family may visit an online guest book and memorial page for Raeann at www.chapman-black.com.
