Patricia Jean Weaver

Patricia Jean Weaver passed from this life on August 29, 2026, at the age of 86 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Patricia was born on July 4, 1940, in Fort Scott, Kansas, the daughter of Woodrow William and Ramona Grace (Norris) Jacobson. Patricia grew up in Fort Scott, later moving to Tulsa, where she completed her education and graduated from Central High School with the Class of 1958. On October 25, 1957, Patricia married Jackie Leon Weaver at Osage Hill Baptist Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Patricia was a homemaker for many years. In 1969, Patricia and Jack moved to Terlton, Oklahoma, where they raised their family. In the early 1980's, Patricia began working at the IGA in Cleveland at the bakery. After several years at IGA, Patricia worked in Mannford at Baxter Pharmaceuticals and retired in early 2000.

Patricia enjoyed the simple things in life, especially the moments she shared with those she loved. She treasured riding on the Harley with Jack and the many memories they made together along the way. Patricia also enjoyed going out to eat, Josie's and the Hickory House being among her favorite places. When she was at home, she could often be found relaxing and watching westerns on television. Above all, Patricia cherished spending time with her family and friends. Whether it was sharing a meal, enjoying a ride, or simply visiting together, the time she spent with those closest to her brought her great happiness and created many wonderful memories that will be treasured for years to come.

Survivors are four children Tammy Potts and her husband Clayton of Norwich, Kansas, Terena Krlin and her husband Tom of Oilton, Oklahoma, Clint Weaver and his wife Beckie of Chickasha, Oklahoma, Kent Weaver of Terlton, Oklahoma, eleven grandchildren Ashley Blevins and her husband Justin, Justin Potts and his wife Noelle, Dustin Finney and Brittany Poole, Mandy Ramsay and her husband Adam, Tommy Krlin and his wife Amy, Tracey Krlin and her fiancé Brian, Brent Weaver and his wife Kwyn, Anna Cain Harris and husband Eli, Alaina Weaver, Henry Weaver, Ashleigh Newcity and her husband Jeremy; twenty one great grandchildren Lane, Conner, Easton, Irelyn, Keenlyn, Quaid, Quincie, Blaze, Dixie, Jazzy, AJ, Audrey, Corbin, Aspyn, Blakeleigh, Ralph, Rose, Stetson, Briggs, Ava and Nash and a host of other relatives and friends. Patricia was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Weaver; parents Woodrow and Ramona Jacobson, and one brother Larry Jacobson. 

Services will be held at 2:00 pm Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at the Chapman-Black Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Doyle Hutcherson officiating. Burial will be held in the Oak Hill Cemetery in Mannford, Oklahoma. Chapman-Black Funeral Home will be handling the arrangements. Friends and family may visit an online guest book and memorial page for Patricia at www.chapman-black.com.
