Nolan Douglas Wilcoxson was born on June 5, 1969, in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Nolan C and Mary M Wilcoxson. Nolan grew up in the Cleveland, Oklahoma area with his younger brother, Olan. They spent lots of time racing on BMX bikes, traveling around Oklahoma. Nolan mowed lawns that he took over from his grandfather. Growing up he loved to play video games at the stores, they would collect pop and beer bottles to cash in to play the video games. Douglas and his family along with their cousins took vacation to the Grand Canyon, Redwood Forest, and Lake Tahoe.

Douglas was a kicker on the football team. He studied Welding and Machinist at Vo-Tech. He graduated from Cleveland High School. He worked with his dad on his union jobs. Douglas worked in the HVAC field.

He loved fishing and drinking beer, just relaxing and enjoying his time. Douglas loved muscle cars and hot rods. He spent time racing his cars at the Hallett track. Going to the lake was a favorite pastime. Douglas had his struggles in life. Due to autism, he was a loner. He sometimes had a hard time fitting in, but going to the lake and fishing always helped him through those moments.

Nolan Douglas passed from this life on Monday, October 30, 2023, at home. He is survived by his brother, Olan; his aunt Dixie Linville; niece Alyssa McAllister; cousins Earl (Carmen) Snider, Gene (Misty) Snider, Adrian F Snider, Gary Snider, and Marilyn Snider; numerous other cousins.

Viewing on Friday, November 3rd from 1:00pm - 5:00pm at Chapman-Black. Funeral Service on Saturday, November 4th at 11:00am at Chapman-Black Chapel. Burial will follow at Dixie Bear Cemetery, in Cleveland. Arrangements made by Chapman-Black
