Linda Carol Wolf of Cleveland was born December 18, 1948 in Pawnee, Oklahoma to Donovan Albert and Lucille Beatrice (Tramel) Teter. Linda was raised and received her education in Jenks, Oklahoma and graduated high school in 1967. Linda was united in marriage to Ronald Edward Wolf at Sapulpa, Oklahoma on June 29, 1966. After their marriage they lived in Jenks, Tahlequah and Owasso from 1971 to 1979. While Linda and Ron were married she attended several different colleges and later graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1990 with a Bachelors Degree in Education. Linda and Ron moved to Cleveland in 1979. Linda worked in the administrative area in Owasso and the Cleveland Schools. Linda and Ron moved to Hominy where she began her teaching career. She taught in Hominy from 1991 till 1994. She then later taught for one semester in Jennings and Barnsdall and had to retire due to health reasons in 2001.

Linda was a member of the First Baptist Church and Business Educators Association. But most of all Linda loved being with her family and children.

Linda passed away July 6, 2002 at the age of 53 years 6 months and 18 days. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Survived by her husband, Ron Wolf, of the home; children, Wade and his wife Stephanie Wolf of Blackwell, Oklahoma; Nick Wolf, Cleveland, Oklahoma; brothers, Bill Teter of Fort Gibson, Oklahoma; Bud Teter of Cleveland, Oklahoma; Amos Teter of Fort Gibson, Oklahoma; sisters, Donna Edgerton of Cleveland, Oklahoma; JoAnn Walls of Drumright, Oklahoma; Shirley Bateman of Sand Springs, Oklahoma; Judy Brown of Greenwood, Arkansas; Debi Breedlove of Cleveland, Oklahoma; grandchildren, Marissa, Danielle, Dean and Anna Wolf as well as numerous relatives and friends.

Services will be held July 10, 2002 at 2:00 pm in the sanctuary of the First Baptist Church with services officiated by Dr. Larry Wilson and Rev. George Boston. Burial will be at Woodland Cemetery under the direction of Chapman-Black Funeral Home.
