Keith Edward Brandinger passed from this life on May 22, 2026, at the age of 71 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Keith was born on June 19, 1954, in Los Alamos, California, the son of Emanuel Brandinger and Phyllis Joy (Searcy) Wolf. Keith grew up and resided at China Lake Naval Base, attending Burroughs High School in nearby Ridgecrest. After graduation, Keith joined the U.S. Army and was initially stationed in West Berlin, Germany. Following an accident, Keith was transferred to Ft. Sam Houston in Texas before being honorably discharged.
Following his discharge, Keith moved to Maramec in 1976, where he helped on the family farm and worked as a carpenter. Keith later met Luana Jo Boyington in the early 1980s. They were united in marriage on October 3, 1984, in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Keith always enjoyed going fishing, traveling, playing poker at the casino, and he loved all things sci-fi. In 2025, he and his brother fulfilled Keith’s lifelong dream to play in the World Series of Poker in Las Vegas. But more than anything else, Keith loved spending time with his family. His girls and his grandchildren were his greatest pride and joy.
