Fern Walker went to be with her Lord and Saviour on December 2, 2018, at the age of 82 in Cleveland, Oklahoma. Fern was born on March 22, 1936, at Udall, Kansas. Following high school Fern was united in marriage to Carl Edward Walker in 1954, and to that union there are six boys and four girls. In 1959, Fern and Carl moved to Sand Springs, Oklahoma, before moving to the Cleveland Area in 1966. In 1982, Carl passed away. Fern worked in numerous cafes for numerous years in and around the Cleveland Area.
Fern enjoyed working. She felt that a person was obligated to work and provide for their family which she did for many years. Fern liked listening to gospel and country music while Bob Wills was her favorite musician other than her kids. She always enjoyed reminiscing about when her kids were growing up and during the time her and Carl was first married.
