Dylon Allen Paul Carter passed from this life on February 11, 2022, at the age of 27.

Dylon was born on July 1, 1994, in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. Dylon was raised and received his education in Hominy, Oklahoma. Dylon was very active in baseball, football and band later graduating from Hominy High School with the Class of 2013. Following high school Dylon attended Okmulgee Technical School learning the culinary trade. Dylon worked several different places in the food and auto repair industry. On August 10, 2019, in Oklahoma City, Dylon was united in marriage to Cassie Prater establishing their home in Skiatook, Oklahoma. Dylon's last place of employment was with Milo's Tea in Owasso.

Dylon loved music. Playing the drums with several local bands in the area. Dylon always enjoyed the time he spent with his kids and brothers playing video games. Dylon also like cooking for his friends and family preparing wonderful food to their liking. His favorite place to visit was in Colorado. Dylon had a special connection with his sons and brother collecting Pokemon cards. Dylon will always be remembered as very witty while making others feel good.

Survivors are his wife Cassie of the home, four children Matthew, Winton, Arabella and Amelia Carter; parents Jeremy and Jennifer Carter of Cleveland, biological mother Billie Jo (Taylor) Morris of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; paternal grandparents Randy and Kay Carter of Hominy, Oklahoma; Doug and Tammy Kemp of Cleveland, Oklahoma and a host of other relatives and friends. Dylon was preceded in death by his paternal great grandparents Kenneth and Una Carter, sister Anaya Carter as well as numerous other relatives and friends.

Services will be held 11:00 am, Friday, February 18, 2022, at the Western Heights Baptist Church with Pastor David Head officiating services. Family has requested memorial donations be made in honor of Dylon to the First National Bank in Hominy, Oklahoma. Chapman-Black Funeral Home will be handling the arrangements.
