Donald Ray Willis, Jr. passed from this life on April 7, 2023 at the age of 66, at his home in Terlton, Oklahoma.


Don was born on January 13, 1957, in Springfield, Missouri; the son of Donald Ray, Sr. and Irene Ada (Price) Willis. Don grew up attended school throughout the U.S. as well as Canada. In the early 1970's Don moved to Hobart, Oklahoma. At the age of 18, Don once again began traveling and working as a carpenter mostly in Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Missouri. In 2014, Don moved to Colorado then in 2019, Don met Melissa Ann Gonzalez and the two were married and have continued to reside in Terlton.

Don loved working on cars and worked as a shade tree mechanic for many years. He would always be willing to help others repair their car even if they had no means of paying. Don's favorite place to be at was home. Don loved anything with two or four wheels and always liked riding his motorcycle with no destination in mind.


Survivors are his wife Melissa Gonzalez , two children Colt Willis, Tayelor Napper; seven grandchildren Kolton, Lily, Devon, Madison, Amelia, Hunter, Dakota; two great grandchildren Toby, Jack and numerous other relatives and friends. Don was preceded in death by his Donald, Sr. and Irene Willis.
