Allyson Kaye (Lemmons) Chapman, age 58, of Broken Arrow, OK, passed
from this life on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, at Hillcrest South Hospital in Tulsa.
Allyson was born November 23, 1966, in Cleveland, OK to Jack and Deanna
(Brumley) Lemmons. While in high school she was active in basketball and
cheerleading and had worked at Palace Drug. She was a graduate of Cleveland
High School with the class of 1985. Allyson furthered her education at Vo Tech where she won National awards in the HOSA organization for training in being a Lab technician, Oklahoma State University, Northeastern State University. Allyson was also a member of the First Baptist Church of Cleveland.
Allyson was united in marriage to Andrew Chapman at Harrison, Arkansas on June 30, 2001. They made their home in Oologah, OK and Coweta, OK , Longview TX, Cleveland OK, and Denton, Texas then returning to help her parents when needed. Allyson and family moved Broken Arrow to make their home.
Allyson was always a smiling person and loved taking care of her family. She
was always talking about her kids and grandkids. She enjoyed family holidays,
traveling, and especially a family cruise with her family. Allyson also loved San Antonio Spurs games; music concerts and time at home with family.
Allyson was a loving person who wanted the best forever one and had an immense pride in her family and pets.
She had her struggles in life, especially her health, but what made her relationship special with Andrew was knowing that they were there for each other.
At Allyson's request, cremation will take place, and a private family memorial
service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the care of the
