Wyatt Dylan Roy Barnes

In Loving Memory of Wyatt Dylan Roy Barnes
Wyatt Dylan Roy Barnes was born on January 15th, 2019 in Tulsa, Oklahoma and passed on October 5th, 2019. He was the son of Joshua Barnes and Brooke Hess of Sand Springs and Emily Barnes and Junior Cole of Cleveland. Wyatt is survived by his parents as well as his sisters, Kinley and Laken.
His paternal grandparents are Dewayne Barnes and Elizabeth Telford of Sand Springs, and his maternal grandparents are Floyd and Judy Hightower of Terlton and Mike and Darla Champlain of Cleveland. His paternal great grandmother is Linda Barnes of Sand Springs, and his maternal great grandparents are Floyd and Linda Hightower of Terlton, Al Hodson of Cleveland, Robin Graham of Broken Arrow, Jackie Crase of Broken Arrow, and Gene Champlain of Davenport.
Wyatt is survived by several aunts and uncles which include: Brooklyn, Shae, Kaden, and Isla Barnes, Trey and Adriana Hightower, Jacob Hightower, Paisley Hightower, and Morgan Champlain, as well as several great aunts and uncles, numerous cousins, and a very large extended family.
During his brief visit on Earth, Wyatt enjoyed bobbing his head to music, especially to his favorite song, The Itsy Bitsy Spider. He loved getting kisses and snuggles from Mommy and Daddy, and could not help but be the center of attention everywhere he went. His favorite food was Spaghettios, although he loved anything he was given. He couldn't wait to snack on ice cream with Junior. He was such a strong, healthy, happy baby with the biggest smile and the most precious big, blue eyes. When he got his first two teeth, he was so excited to flash a great big smile to anyone interested in seeing his new teeth. He was best buddies with his big sister, Laken. If you saw Laken, Wyatt was always right with her. His favorite way to fall asleep was listening to Christmas music. He was Mama's boy, and she called him her "Sonny Bunny." His daddy said, "He had a heart of gold and a smile that could change anybody's day." Papa Floyd said, "Papa, Grandma, and Paisley will always have you in our hearts. We love you so much Wyatt, and we know Jesus has you in His arms."
Wyatt may have been here on Earth a short time, but he brought great joy to an unbelievable amount of people. He was most certainly admired, and he lived a life full of love and happiness. His constant smiles and sweet giggles were proof of that.
Baby Wyatt was met in Heaven by his paternal great grandfather, Kenneth Barnes, his maternal great grandmother, Madie Hodson, and a very sweet cousin, Pale Shelton.
There is a quote by Dorothy Ferguson that states, "How very quietly you tiptoed into our world, only for a moment you stayed. But what an imprint your footprints have left upon our hearts." Wyatt's family will continue to honor his memory and will remember the sweet life he lived.
