Thomas Brounelle Lee left to be with his Lord and Savior peacefully in is sleep early Friday morning, November 4, 2011 at the Oklahoma State University Medical Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Tommy was born March 23, 1951 at Fort Polk, Louisiana to XR and Leora (Armstrong) Lee. He spent his early years in Missouri before settling in Greenville, Kentucky, where he grew up among many friends and his church family at the Second Baptist Church. Tommy spent his last seven years in Oklahoma, again among family, friends and his church family at the Terlton Baptist Church. During this time, Tommy lived on a farm where he could watch cows out his window, helped feed cows, and traveled to Alaska, Yellowstone, among other places. Tommy enjoyed a real mountain top experience when he drove his scooter around the top of Pike's Peak. He especially enjoyed going to Silver Dollar City but his favorite trip was always going to see his brother, Johnny in Indiana. Tommy will always be remembered for his infectious smile, positive attitude, and good outlook on life. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister Donna Jean Lee. Tommy is survived by his brother, John R. Lee and a host of family and friends. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 10:00 AM Tuesday, November 8, 2011 at the Terlton Baptist Church with Rev. Scott Watkins and Rev. Dale Gowdy officiating with Robert Annett providing musical selections. A graveside funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM, Thursday, November 10, 2011 at the Evergreen Cemetery in Greensville, Kentucky with Rev. Bob Thurman officiating. Burial will be under the direction of the Chapman-Black Funeral Home and Garyís Funeral Home.
