Ronald Barry Miller, 80, passed away on June 13, 2022, at the age of 80 in Clarksville, Georgia.

Ronnie was born on August 29, 1941, at Hominy, Oklahoma, the son of William Lorain "Duck" and Ruby Mae (Alexander) Miller. Ronnie attended and completed his education in Hominy, Oklahoma. Following high school, Ronnie joined the United States Marine Corps during the Vietnam War. Following his four-year duty, Ronnie returned to Hominy, Oklahoma. In 1968, Ronnie was united in marriage to Sara Ruth, known to many as Sally, and the couple resided in Hominy. He was later married to JoAnne Siler on December 26, 1979. Ronnie traveled throughout the United States, working as a pipefitter and later returning to Blackburn. In 2003, Ronnie retired from the Local 798.

Ronnie enjoyed playing basketball, visiting with his friends, telling stories, and watching westerns. He always enjoyed cooking for all his friends and family.
Ronnie was a caregiver and helped tend to several during his life. Playing pool and dominoes were just a few of his favorite pastimes. Ronnie was a loving son, brother, father, and grandpa that will be missed by many.

Survivors are his mother, Ruby Miller of Hominy, Oklahoma, and five children Michael Miller of Clarksville, Georgia, Barry Miller and his wife Lisa of Clarksville, Georgia, Jeremiah Hoggatt and his wife Tammy of Sapulpa, Oklahoma, Jedidiah Hoggatt of Owasso, Oklahoma, Jessica Ludwig and her husband Jeremy of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, sister Paula Potts of Hominy, Oklahoma; five grandchildren Sydney, Andrew, Gage, Trystin, Baron and a host of other relatives and friends. Ronnie was preceded in death by his wife, JoAnne Miller, and father William "Duck" Miller.

Services will be held at 2:00 pm, Saturday, June 18, 2022, in the Chapel of Chapman-Black Funeral Home. Burial will be held in the A.J. Powell Memorial Cemetery at Hominy, Oklahoma.
