Richard Lynn Smith

Richard Lynn Smith, passed away on Friday, March 24, 2017, at the age of 63 years.

Rick was born June 6, 1953, in Dallas, Texas. He was the son of Merle Leon and Peggy Maureen (Rountree) Smith. Rick grew up and attended school in Dallas. Rick enjoyed traveling and would often spend his time on the beach. He was also a avid Dallas Cowboy and Texas Ranger Fan. Rick moved to the Cleveland area several years ago and remained in the area until his passing. He enjoyed the holidays and always liked to read a good book.

He is survived by many cousins and relatives. Rick was preceded in death by his parents.

Memorial services will be held later with the cremated remains buried in the Highland Cemetery in Pawnee, Oklahoma. Chapman-Black Funeral Home will be in charge of funeral arrangements. Friends may share a memory online at www.chapman-black.com
