Regina Faye Lyons

Regina Faye Lyons, 63, passed from this life on August 1, 2020 at the age of 63.

Regina was born on July 23, 1957, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The daughter of Troy Lee and Loreita Faye Slape. Regina had been residing near Terlton, Oklahoma for that past several years.

Survivors include her companion Teddy Tedford of the home, three children Oakley Kline Shelton, Jr, Virgil Dean Shelton, Jason Troy Shelton, four siblings Stephen Lynn Smalley, Troy Lee Slape, Jr, Saundra Kaye Slape, and Lisa Renee Boomer as well as a host of grandchildren and other relatives and friends who will mourn her passing.

Services will be held 11:00 am, Friday at the the Woodland Cemetery in Cleveland, Oklahoma with Chapman-Black Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements. Friends and family may visit an online guest book and memorial page for Regina at www.chapman-black.com.
