Marvin Leon Mautino, Jr., better known as Junior of Osage, Oklahoma passed from this life on Friday, July 19, 2013, at the Cleveland Area Hospital at the age of 54 years, eleven months and nine days. Junior was born on August 10, 1958, in Excelsior Springs, Missouri. He was the son of Marvin Leon, Sr. and Carolyn Francis (Hurt) Mautino. Junior was raised and received his education in the Holt and the Kearney area. He graduated from Kearney High School with the Class of 1977. Following graduation Junior began working at the Kenworth manufacture. In 1979, Junior accepted employment with Mid America Pipeline as a welder. Junior worked for Mid America for many years traveling throughout the United States following the pipeline construction. He was transferred to New Mexico in the 1980ís then later to McPherson, Kansas. In 1992, Junior moved to Osage, Oklahoma to his current home. On June 23, 2000, in Denver, Colorado, Junior was united in marriage to Lorraine Newport Druitt. Junior started working for Cleveland Inspection in the early 1990ís, where he worked until 2004. At that time he gained employment with Tulsa Inspection where he was currently employed and was the manager of operations. Junior was a man that could never sit still. He always felt the need to work and help others. During the times Junior was not working he enjoyed dancing, singing karaoke and visit with his friends. Usually the time while visiting with his friends Junior would always talk about work at some point. Junior always looked forward to the time he could spend with his children that he loved dearly. Junior is described as a loyal, family loving, honorable and strong Christian man; willing to help anyone he knew. Survivors are his wife Lorraine of the home, mother Carolyn Mautino-Bain of , three children Tiffany Mautino of Liberty Missouri, Cayce Mautino of Portsmouth, Virginia, Mason Mautino of the home; one sister Sue Mautino-Deshon of Plattsburg, Missouri; one granddaughter Lily Mautino, mother and father in law Maxwell and Ann Druitt of Osage, Oklahoma and a host of other relatives and friends that will mourn his passing. Junior was by his father Marvin, Sr. Church services will be held 2:00 pm, Wednesday, July 24, 2013, at the First Christian Church in Cleveland, Oklahoma with David Logsdon officiating. Burial will be held on Thursday, July 25th at 1:00 pm in the Oakland Cemetery near Holt, Missouri. Services are under the direction of Chapman-Black Funeral Home in Cleveland, Oklahoma.
