Marion Maxine Williams, passed from this life on Sunday, September 11, 2016, at her home in Terlton, Oklahoma, at the age of 54 years.
Marion was born September 1, 1962, in Youngstown, Ohio.  She was the daughter of Joseph Baith and Patricia (Hooper) Fitzgibbons.  As an infant Marion moved with her family to San Diego, California.  Following the completion of her studies, Marion remained in California for a short time before moving to Florida.  Marion later returned to California and then in the 1980’s moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma.  While residing in Tulsa, Marion worked at the Marina Apartments as a leasing agent.  On September 28, 1996, Marion was united in marriage to James Dewayne Williams in Las Vegas, Nevada.  After their wedding, the couple established their home in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.  Marion continued working as a leasing agent and worked her way to the position as a rental manager for Case and Associates.  Marion worked for Case and Associates for over 18 years before moving to Woodhaven and Southern Hill Apartments in Sapulpa in 2010, where she was currently the property manager.  In 2000, Marion and Jim moved to their current home.
Marion loved being with her grandchildren who she loved dearly.  She also enjoyed going to work and loved being around her co-workers and tenants that she enjoyed being around.  Marion loved to go with Jim fishing or just going out for a drive looking at the countryside.  She also enjoyed scrapbooking and had tons of jewelry that she loved to wear.  John Wayne and Chuck Norris were two of her favorite actors.  Marion enjoyed watching westerns on television.  She was an active Christian lady who loved her Lord tremendously.
Survivors are husband Jim of the home; three children Jason Scott Herskind of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Jamie Lee Herskind and spouse Amanda of Sapulpa, Oklahoma, Jeremy Beavers of Tulsa, Oklahoma; children by marriage, Katie Harris of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; Steven Williams of Inola, Oklahoma; stepfather Jim Fitzgibbons of Virginia Beach, Virginia; four siblings Gina Robertson of California, Flo Schuchard of Ohio, Vicky Boucher of Minnesota, Norman Baith of California; ten grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends that will mourn her passing.  Marion was preceded in death by her mother.
Memorial services will be at the Chapman-Black Funeral Home Chapel at 11:00 AM Monday, September 19, 2016, with John McGuire, officiating.  The body will be cremated under the direction of Chapman-Black Funeral Home.  Friends may share a memory with the family online at www.chapman-black.com.
