Keith Lee Barnes

Keith Lee Barnes, of Terlton, Oklahoma, passed away Tuesday, June 3, 2008 in _________ at the age of 29 years old. Keith was born January 2, 1979 in Claremore, Oklahoma the son of Bruce and Teresa (Kraus) Barnes. Keith began his education in Broken Arrow, where he completed the first grade. He then moved with his parents to Cleveland completing his education at the Cleveland High School. Soon after high school Keith began working in the hotel industry. He was the assistant manager for several hotels in Joplin, Missouri as well as Tulsa. After some time in the hotel industry Keith then accepted a position with Target in Owasso.

Keith enjoyed going fishing and working in the yard. He truly was an outdoorsman, you could often find him clearing brush, running the lawn mower or riding his four wheeler at his parent's home.

Survivors are his parents Bruce and Teresa Barnes of Terlton, Oklahoma, maternal grandparents Joseph and Norma Kraus of Fairland, Oklahoma, paternal grandparents Bob and Peggy Orrell of Terlton, Oklahoma, maternal great grandmother Jessie Strickland of Fairland, Oklahoma, paternal great grandmother Lucille Bomar of Sapulpa, Oklahoma as well as a host of other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather Eddie Joe Barnes in 1989.
