Joe Henry Wise

Joe Henry Wise, 34, of Sand Springs, Oklahoma, passed away on Saturday, May 30, 2009. Joe was born on January 23, 1975 in Tulsa, Oklahoma he was the youngest some of Sue Ann (Martin). As a young man Joe was raised and received his education in Oilton, Wagoner and Drumright. After he finished his education Joe made his home in Mannford for a short time before moving to Tulsa. Joe enjoyed fishing and camping. He also loved riding four wheelers and motorcycles. Joe would help any one that asked and did that on numerous occasions. He is described as a loving and giving as well as having a funny personality. Survivors include his son Kyle Joe Wise of Missouri; five sisters, Lou Ann Spencer and her husband Joe of Jennings, Oklahoma; Cindy Hart of Cushing, Oklahoma; Hope Kelin and her husband Gary of Sapulpa, Oklahoma; Toni Bussell of Sand Springs, Oklahoma; Terri White of Sand Springs, Oklahoma, girl friend Otavia Treece of Sand Springs, Oklahoma, former brother in law Bennie Bertram of Drumright, Oklahoma as well as a host of other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother Sue Ann Taylor and brother in law Dan Hart. Funeral services will be held 11:00 am, Wednesday, June 3, 2009 at Woodland Cemetery Chapel with Pastor David Logsdon officiating. Burial will follow in the Woodland Cemetery under the direction of Chapman-Black Funeral Home.
