Eula Vay Williams

Eula Vay Williams passed from this life on April 11, 2021, at the age of 92 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Eula was born on February 18, 1929, in Ada, Oklahoma. She was the daughter of John Herman and Mildred Frankie (Jones) Shields. Born in Ada, Oklahoma the family later moved to Tulsa where she attended Central High School. On October 12, 1946, in Tulsa, Eula was united in marriage to Paul Carroll Williams. Living in Tulsa until 1971 they moved to Lake Keystone. Eula later returned to Tulsa in 2010, following the death of her husband P.C.

Survivors are her three children Carol Williams of Tulsa, David Williams and his wife Marilyn of Tulsa, Deborah Hopkins and her husband Jim of Cornville, Arizona; one sister Joahna Swiams of Albuquerque, New Mexico; as well as a host of other relatives and friends that will mourn her passing. Eula was preceded in death by her parents John Herman and Mildred Frankie Shields, husband P.C.; four siblings Roscoe Shields, Luther Shields, Melvin Shields and Nadine Bauhaus

Graveside services will be held 1:30 pm, April 15, 2021, at the Oak Hill Cemetery in Mannford, Oklahoma. Chapman-Black Funeral Home will be handling the arrangements. Friends and family may visit an online guest book and memorial page for Eula at www.chapman-black.com.
