Debra Lynn Stamper, a resident of Mannford was born September 16, 1957 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Clarence and Eula Pearl (Reed) Mosley. As a young girl the family moved to California. They later returned Tulsa where Debbie started school. She attended Lowell Elementary, Grover Cleveland Junior High as well as Central High. The family then moved to Terlton and Debbie graduated from Cleveland High School in 1975.

While in high school Debbie accepted employment with Pharmaseal in Mannford. Pharmaseal was eventually purchased by Baxter Medical. After graduation Debbie continued to work at Baxter and continued to work there for over 25 years. On January 16, 1981 Debbie was united in marriage to Robert Wayne Stamper at Pawnee, Oklahoma. They purchased their initial home North of Mannford where they have raised their twin children Robin and Michael. Debbie later accepted employment with Wal-Mart Stores in 2003 at the Sand Springs location where she was currently employed.

Debbie loved to sew, cook as well as keeping an immaculate home. She also loved to do something that is now becoming a lost art which is canning vegetables and fruits.

Debbie passed away Tuesday February 28, 2006 at her home in Mannford, Oklahoma at the age of 48 years 5 months and 12 days. She was preceded in death by grandparents as well as her parents.

Survived by her loving husband, Robert of the home; two children, Robin Stamper of Mannford, Oklahoma; Michael Stamper of Mannford, Oklahoma; one grandson, Caleb Bressler of Mannford; two sisters, Brenda Ludolph of Mannford, Oklahoma; Kathy Schmidt of Sand Springs, Oklahoma as well as numerous other relatives and friends.

Services will be held Friday, March 3, 2006 at 10:00 am in the Chapman-Black Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Jimmy Harvey officiating. Burial will be at Terlton Cemetery under the direction of Chapman-Black Funeral Home, Inc.

Pallbearers will be Adam Ludolph, Phillip Ludolph, Aaron Stamper, Jordan Stamper, Joshua Stamper, Andrew Stamper, Cory Kelsey, and Gary Walker.
