Charles Arthur Harriman, III, known to his friends and family as "Chuck" passed from this life on October 28, 2021, at the age of 68, in Cleveland, Oklahoma.

Charles was born on August 25, 1953, in Tulsa, Oklahoma the son of Charles, Jr. and Carrie (Cannon) Harriman. Chuck grew up and attended school in Tulsa. Following his education Chuck worked as a welder for the boilermaker's union for a couple years. In 1985 Chuck opened the "Poor Man's Body Shop" then later in 1993 changed the name to "Outback Body Shop". On March 14, 1993, Chuck was united in marriage to Dorothy Viola "Dottie" Morris. The couple established their home in Cleveland where he has continued to reside.

Survivors are three children Charles Harriman, IV, Dustin Harriman, April Popchoke all of Hutchinson, Kansas, one brother Daniel Harriman of Cleveland, Oklahoma and several grandchildren. Chuck was preceded in death by his parents, Charles, Jr. and Carrie Harriman, wife Dottie Harriman, and a daughter Cassandra Harriman.
