Cecil Clark Collins

Cecil Clark Collins, 64 of Osage, OK passed from this life on Wednesday, March 2, 2022, at his home. Cecil was born August 8, 1957, in Tulsa, OK the son of Ira “Jack” Collins and Cora (Peterson) Collins. He was raised and received his education in Cleveland, OK. On June 17, 1976, Cecil was united in marriage to Becky Lynn Compton. They made their home in Cleveland, later moving to Osage. Cecil worked in the oil field and on pipelines. In his spare time, Cecil loved fishing, hunting for mushrooms, and riding his dirt bike. His priority was always his family and enjoyed spending time with them. Cecil preferred the Baptist faith.
Those that survive and hold many cherished memories include his wife – Becky Collins; son Ashley Collins and wife Lindsey of Verdigris, OK; a daughter Sheena Loertcher and husband Zac of Berryhill, OK; three brothers – Jimmy Collins of Sand Springs, Bobby Collins of Sand Springs, and Gary Collins of Oakhurst, OK; twin sister Hazel Lancaster of Sand Springs, OK and four grandchildren – Kylie Gibson, Ayden Collins, Cason Collins and Cora Harper Loertcher and various nieces, nephews and close friends.
Preceding Cecil in death were his parents and a sister Susan.
At Cecil’s request, cremation will take place and a private family service will be held at a later date.
Chapman-Black Funeral Home of Cleveland have been entrusted with these arrangements.
