Beverly K. Lytle was born August 28, 1943 in Terlton, Oklahoma to Benson Howard and Betty May (Conner) McWilliams. As a young girl Beverly was raised and received her education in Terlton where she later graduated. While growing up Beverly worked at Katieís CafÈ in Cleveland. On December 31, 1960 Beverly was united in marriage to Ivan George Lytle. After their marriage Beverly and Ivan established their home in Cleveland. In the early 1980ís Beverly accepted a position with Wal-Mart. After five years Mrs. Lytle began working at Joeís Convenience Store in Hallett. Beverly continued to work at Joeís for over 10 years and then accepted employment with the Hallett Motor Racing as a security guard

Mrs. Lytle enjoyed the time she spent with Ivan traveling. She also loved to crochet and really enjoyed the time visiting with her family and friends.

Beverly K. Lytle passed away Sunday, February 25, 2007, at the Cleveland Area Hospital at the age of 63 years 5 months and 27 days. She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother Charles Benson Shorty McWilliams, and one sister Evelyn Thomison as well as her dear friend Luana Brandinger.

Survived by her loving husband, Ivan of the home; three children, Tim Lytle and wife Sue of Cleveland, Oklahoma; Betty Warden of Cleveland, Oklahoma; Shelly Brown and husband Kendall of Hallett, Oklahoma; one brother Wesley Howard McWilliams of Wellston, Oklahoma; ten grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, one uncle Walter Conner of Blue Springs, Missouri as well as a host of other relatives and friends.

Pallbearers will be James Thurber, Greg Scott, Bobby Cavett, Jerald Warden, Rodney Lytle, and Mark Lytle. Honorary Pallbearers will include Austin Woodrell, Chuck McWilliams, Jon Benson Warden, and John Jarrett.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, February 28, 2007 at 2:00 pm in the Hallett First Baptist Church officiating will be Pastor Darrell Brown. Burial will follow in the Dixie-Bear Creek Cemetery under the direction of Chapman-Black Funeral Home, Inc.
