On Tuesday, May 25, 2004 Beverly Ann Hudsonpillar joined her Heavenly Father at the age of seventy.
Beverly Ann Hudsonpillar was born July 6, 1933 in Cleveland, Oklahoma. She was the daughter of Wesley Arthur and Florence May Oliver. Beverly attended school in Chelsea, Hobart and Healdton, graduating from Healdton High School in 1951.
Beverly worked during her lifetime for Johnson Oil Company in Cleveland; Credit Bureau of Sapulpa, Inc.; and the Oklahoma Department of Human Services in Sapulpa, Oklahoma.
Beverly was married to Larry Verne Crabtree on June 27, 1952 at the First Christian Church in Cleveland, Oklahoma. Larry joined the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, graduating with the Class of May 1964. He was killed in the line of duty on April 4, 1977. To this union, the following children were born: Larry Michael Crabtree, Ronald Wayne Crabtree and Tony Arthur Crabtree.
After the death of her husband, Beverly continued to reside in Sapulpa and was married to Alvia Lee Hudsonpillar at the First Baptist Church in Sapulpa, Oklahoma on March 22, 1985. The couple then moved to California where Beverly became a member of the Order of the Eastern Star in April 1986 at the Searles Lake Chapter #547 in Trona, California, later affiliated with Ridgecrest, California. After the couple relocated to Hondo, Texas, Beverly joined the Hondo Chapter #404. She had also served as Past President of the American Business Women's Association in Sapulpa, Oklahoma and as Secretary of the Alamo Area SKP (Special Kind of People), a Recreational Vehicle Club, Chapter 11 in Livingston, Texas.
In addition to her first husband, Beverly was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Donna Sue Oliver, Rosalind Louise Kester; and a step-grandson, Brandon Hudsonpillar.
Beverly is survived by her husband, Alvia Lee Hudsonpillar of the home, her children, Mike and wife Glenda Crabtree of Edmond, Oklahoma, Ron and wife Tina Crabtree of Jennings, Oklahoma, and Tony and wife Lynn Crabtree of McAlester, Oklahoma; stepson, Calvin Lee and wife Cindy Hudsonpillar of Fredericksburg, Virginia; grandchildren, Sarah and husband Paul Shelden of St. Petersburg, Florida, Leah Crabtree of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Matthew Crabtree of Edmond, Oklahoma and Tyler LaVee Crabtree of McAlester, Oklahoma; step-grandchildren: Travis Hudsonpillar of Fredericksburg, Virginia and Terra Collins of Manassass, Virginia; great granddaughter, Savannah Collins of Manassass, Virginia.
