Anthony Eugene Adams was born August 16, 1965, in Escanaba, Michigan. He was the son of Larry Edward and Linda Louise (Havens) Adams. Anthony was raised and received his education in Cleveland. During his time growing up Anthony was very active in sports. He was a member of the track and football team as well as a trumpet player for the Cleveland High School Band. Anthony also excelled in academics in addition to sports and was the Valedictorian of his high school class. Following high school Anthony began working with his father on the pipeline. He later began working as a pipefitter and welder with Matrix Services. Anthony also worked for Helmrich and Payne as a fitter welder. For the past three years he has been employed with Trinity as a welder constructing wind towers. Anthony and Terri were married on January 14, 2012, in Ponca City, Oklahoma.

Anthony enjoyed being outdoors. He loved cooking outside and growing a garden as well as working in his yard. He would often build fires in the fireplace and see how big he could get them. He had a very witty sense of humor, spending time on Facebook and always enjoyed giving his brother Derek a hard time when he could. Anthony took time to play the guitar and spend as much time as possible with his grandkids who he loved dearly. Anthony always looked forward to the next game the kids were involved with so he could cheer them on.

Anthony passed away on Thursday, December 28, 2017, at the St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 52.

Survivors are his loving wife Terri of the home; children Ki'ana Adams of Austin, Texas, Mason Aubrey, Morgan Aubrey, Whitney Payne; brother Derek Adams and Mark McAllister of Connecticut, Uncle Glenn and Delores Adams of Odessa, Texas, Aunt Orean Upshaw of Bartlesville, Oklahoma as well as a host of other relatives and friends. Anthony was preceded in death by father Larry, mother Linda and brother Cornell.
