Founders of the Chapman Funeral Home, the late Hugh Moody (H. M.) and Thelma Deuel Chapman.

Billie Lou and the late Merle Leroy Black, Jr. Billie is a second generation licensed funeral director. She has been active in funeral service most of her life. She currently serves as Secretary/Treasurer of Chapman-Black Funeral Home, Inc.     

    Gene Chapman Black is a 1971 graduate of Oklahoma State University and former United States Naval Flight Officer. Upon completion of his military service, Gene graduated with honors from Central State University in Edmond, Oklahoma in 1980 with a Bachelor of Science in Funeral Service Education. He is a third generation funeral director following in the footsteps of his grandfather, H. M. Chapman and his father, Merle Leroy Black, Jr. Gene is a past president of the Cleveland Area Chamber of Commerce and Cleveland Rotary Club. Gene and his wife, Tamza are member of the First Baptist Church. They have one son, Travis.

Brian Torres is a licensed funeral director and embalmer graduated from the Dallas Institute of Funeral Service in 1990. He is licensed by the Oklahoma State Board of Embalmers and Funeral Directors as well as the State of Texas Funeral Service Commission.
